…and now, without further ado, here are the lucky winners of our 2nd Annual Renovation Retreat!
Grand Prize: Fairmont Pacific Rim
Congratulations to Claus & Rosemary from Vancouver on winning the grand prize package! It was our pleasure to present them with a two-night stay in a luxurious Signature Harbour Mountain View Room at Fairmont Pacific Rim, arguably Vancouver’s most luxurious hotel, dinner for 2 at ORU with culinary delights of the Pacific Northwest and flavours of Pacific Rim and a couples massage experience at the tranquil Willow Stream Spa set amidst the most spectacular harbour & mountain views (Valued at over $2,000 plus HST). We met the very sweet Claus and Rosemary on the last night of the Vancouver Home and Interior Design Show, when they stopped by our booth to chat about a potential future renovation, entered our contest and won a couple of weeks later!
Runner-up Prize: Delicious Decadence from Chocolate Arts
We were proud to present Jennifer, from Burnaby, with a delectable prize from local chocolatiers, Chocolate Arts. Jennifer’s prize consists of a $75 Gift Voucher and a Large Celebration Box consisting of 110 pieces of the finest chocolates and truffles, hand crafter by Master Chocolatier, Greg Hook, for a prize valued at $200+HST! Jennifer is a huge fan of Chocolate Arts and happened to hear about Klondike and the contest through them. Congratulations Jennifer – enjoy your delicious treats! Klondike just recently completed the renovations the Chocolate Arts facilities, where we doubled the size of their manufacturing area and created a cozy café for you to enjoy your chocolate and coffee! Runner-up Prize: Mouthwatering BBQ Package from Re-Up BBQ
Chris from Vancouver is the big winner of the Ultimate BBQ Freezer Party Pack from Re-Up BBQ. This package is worth $250+HST and includes a whole beef brisket, 3 kilos of pulled pork, 3 kilos of BBQ chicken and 3 kilos of smoked bacon! It just so happened that Chris was planning to have a BBQ on the weekend after he was announced as the winner – though he may have to have a few more now that he won! The winner of the Zientte Interiors prize package is Farah from West Vancouver. She has won a $300 gift voucher to spend in store at Zientte in Gastown. Runner-up Prize: Shine with Original Creations from Secret Sapphire Jewellery
Caleigh of Vancouver was the winner of a beautiful red garnet necklace from Secret Sapphire Jewelers. This particular piece was designed by Margo Morrison and retails at $359+HST. Caleigh is a long standing client with Klondike and has done a number of projects with us of various sizes. Congratulations Caleigh, it was our pleasure to present you with this fantastic prize!
