Coach Houses (aka Laneway Houses) in the City of North Vancouver

The City of North Vancouver approved laneway housing (coach houses) on Monday, Nov 16. Currently permit applications are not being considered as details are still being fleshed out and by-laws to be updated. Please note that the District of North Vancouver has not approved LWH but will be reviewing it for the next community planning session in 2010.
