Klondike’s Contemporary Laneway House design was created to simplify the form, structure and theme of the dwelling. The aesthetic of this particular Laneway home was based on the rational use of space to focus the design on functionality rather than following trend of historical style and ornamentation. This Laneway Home features extended low aspects of the building with shallow, sloping overhang roofs and clean sky lines.

Contemporary Laneway Design by KlondikeOur Contemporary Laneway Home showcases warm materials such as cedar and brick designed to compliment the lush green tones of the classic West Coast landscape. This 750 sq.ft. dwelling houses a an open plan kitchen and living space, one bedroom plus a den, a spacious patio and parking for 2 vehicles.
