Mikiko develops a detailed scope of work unique to each project and works with Klondike Contracting’s sub-trades to put together accurate budgets for clients. She understands the importance of maintaining good relationships with sub-trades and ensures the communication bridge is always connected. With her background in Interior Design, Mikiko carefully examines construction drawings and is able to appreciate the psychological response to form, texture, and color.
