Insurance & Warranties

Klondike Contracting is an established and registered corporation within the province of British Columbia and the municipalities with which it serves. At Klondike, we guarantee that all of our work conforms to municipal and provincial standards, our licenses are annually updated, we hold applicable insurance coverage for all of our projects and that our work is warranted for two years after it is completed.

Insurance

Klondike is fully covered.  We carry liability insurance as well as individual construction policies for larger renovations and new home construction. We want you to be fully covered too! When undertaking a renovation, custom home, laneway home or new construction project, it is important to know how to be properly insured. Some questions to discuss with your insurance provider before starting your project:

  • Does my liability policy pick up claims arising out of construction operations?
  • How far does my insurance policy extend to cover the project and the various parties involved?
  • Has my current policy been increased to value so I am not penalized for being under insured?

Warranties

At Klondike, we extend a 2 year warranty to our clients on all of our General Contracting and Property Maintenance work. This guarantee is put forward to our clients to ensure that the products and materials that we install in your home, place of work or Strata building perform and function optimally.
