Mikiko develops a detailed scope of work unique to each project and works with Klondike Contracting’s sub-trades to put together accurate budgets for clients. She understands the importance of maintaining good relationships with sub-trades and ensures the communication bridge is always connected. With her background in Interior Design, Mikiko carefully examines construction drawings and is able to appreciate the psychological response to form, texture, and color.Greg Elzinga

Greg has extensive experience in renovations, single-family & multi-family wood-frame construction, along with a stint doing concrete high-rise construction & commercial tenant improvement. Construction sites are second nature to him since he grew up in the construction industry; his father is a civil engineer & land developer in Ontario. He brings a broad range of knowledge to your project which will ensure quality craftsmanship without compromising budget or schedule.
