The Canadian Home Builders’ Association: SAM Award

The Canadian Home Builders’ Association represents more than 8,000 member firms across Canada from every area of the Canadian housing industry. The Canadian Home Builders’ Association exists to regulate the standards of the housing industry, and to provide affordability, quality and choice for consumers.

The CHBA created the SAM Award to recognize the very best in Canada’s residential construction industry. Once a year, the CHBA National SAM Awards honour outstanding performance by new home builders, renovators, residential developers and new home marketing professionals:

• excellence in new homes and renovation design and construction
• distinctive community development
• innovative and “green” technology
• exceptional marketing activities

Klondike Contracting has been a finalist for numerous SAM Awards over the past few years. With more and more outstanding project under our belt we hope to move beyond our previous finalist standing and become a winner of the 2010 SAM awards.
