This high-rise condominium remodel in downtown Vancouver was a full-on renovation that involved transforming an old nineties apartment into a modern and elegant home, with an emphasis in black accent hardware and warm wood tones. Designed by Jenna McBride Design, this 1,300 SF project comprised of relocating the kitchen, relocating the water, drainage and gas lines, installing heated flooring, custom-made slated millwork panels and so much more.

Klondike was engaged for a robust scope of work for a home that now features new stone kitchen countertops, feature millwork in the master bedroom and all new plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems. The entire suite was reconfigured with multiple walls removed, a complete kitchen renovation, two full bathrooms and custom millwork.

The original apartment felt much smaller due to a fragmented layout; our renovation work resulted in a new a layout that opens the living and kitchen area whole reconnecting the space with breath-taking views of the mountains, oceans and city. This revised floorplan showcases a flow from one space to the next whilst carving out a variety of intimate niches. A restrained colour palette and wooden panels exude comfort and refuge. Stylish décor and stunning views make this cool Coal Harbour the perfect downtown home for years to come.
