Role: As a Project Manager, Keisha’s role is to plan, oversee and deliver projects on-time and within budget. Having worked all over Canada, Keisha knows that thorough planning, an analytical approach and prompt communication are the key tools to a successful project. She takes great pride in exceeding client expectations and strives to achieve that with every task she takes on.

Interests: Having moved to BC for the mountains, Keisha enjoys anything that keeps her outside from backcountry camping to rock climbing to snowboarding.

Passions: When not outside, she enjoys spending time going to concerts, exploring new restaurants and napping.

Ric Moore

Senior Project Manager

Education: Queen Elizabeth Senior Secondary, Surrey

Role: Ric has been involved in the construction industry since finishing high school. From hands on experience in a number of the trades, experience as a project manager and construction manager for two national retail chains, his knowledge base is an asset to any project. With an attitude of doing it right the first time and having fun building quality spaces for people to live, work and play, in he is ready to assist you with your next project.

Interests: Skiing, kite boarding, traveling and anything with an adrenaline rush.

Passions: Electronic dance music, his wife of 35 years and being with family

Aaron Drinkwater

Carpenter

Birthplace: Ottawa, Ontario

Education: British Columbia Institute of Technology, Diploma in Financial Management

Role: Aaron started as a production framer and moved onto custom log homes in remote areas. Eventually he moved to Vancouver and specialized in high end residential & commercial carpentry.

Interests: Hunting, gardening and competitive shooting.

Ismatullah (AJ) Habibi

Site Manager

Birthplace: Kabul, Afghanistan

Education: Dubai International School, United Arab Emirates, with various courses within the discipline.

Role: AJ began his career working in the trades as a Carpenter. His experience includes managing his own residential renovation business, site managing and installer. This foundation has been essential to building his management skills, industry respect and knowledge through experience. AJ has been in the construction/ interior finishing industry since 2000; with most of his career specializing within the commercial construction. Over the course of his career, he has effectively managed large scale, multi-million-dollar projects which include but not limited to: Imperial Oil (Esso), Enbridge – Project One, BluEarth Renewables, Solium Capital and Nexen. AJ focuses on ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and following building codes and core safety standards. AJ has strong leadership skills along with interpersonal and mediation skills to resolve conflicts and challenges that come along with construction projects. He ensures to deliver clients with the highest possible quality, performance and value with all projects.

Passions: Writing Poetry, Photography

Interests: Hiking and spending time with his beautiful wife and 2 adorable kids.

Soledad Ronco

Project Manager

Birthplace: Buenos Aires, Argentina

Education: UNBC & UBC, Bachelor of Applied Science & Environmental Engineering
University of Toronto & Sheridan Technical College, Bachelor of Arts (Honours)

Role: Soledad’s strength is in her thoroughness & attention to detail. With an engineer’s mind, she is very adept of solving problems & finding cost effective solutions whether in the office or in the field. She enjoys a good challenge & never misses a deadline.

Interests: Soledad started her career as a graphic designer, then travelled extensively before becoming accredited as an engineer. She brings a broad range of experience with her to Klondike, from design, engineering & project management.

Passions: When not at work, Soledad will be in the mountains with her daughter, partner & two dogs
