Role: With almost three decades of experience in the construction sector, both in the field and in management, Steve understands what is needed to execute a successful project. Steve prides himself in communication, accuracy, and most of all, exceeding client expectations. A former trades teacher and DIY talk radio show host, Steve can work through any challenge to facilitate the desired result. In his current capacity, Steve manages logistics for multiple projects by servicing the needs of the on-site teams, as well as controls company assets.
Passions: Aside from the pleasure of a job well done, during off work hours, Steve enjoys the outdoors of beautiful British Columbia and beyond, exploring a new recipe or trying new activities.

Role: Brad started out in construction in 1997, laying the foundation of his career in over 100 residential houses before getting into commercial construction. With an eye for detail, excellent teaching skills and an appreciation for hard work, Brad also has over 8 years of architectural concrete forming under his belt.
Personal: Traveling and spending time with family.
Interests: Movies, music and outdoor activities especially camping and fishing.

Role: Chris has been a Site Manager for a decade working on high-end residential projects. Chris' particular strength is high end renovation and tenant improvement projects on tight budgets.

Role: Thiago started his career working in architectural firms developing residential, commercial and urban planning projects. After a couple of years of designing, he decided to move to construction to become a more well rounded professional. Having worked on large-scale industrial projects for almost four years, Thiago refined his analytical thinking, creativity, logistical and organizational skills that are crucial in all aspect of the construction industry.

Role: James is an experienced project manager with a wealth of experience as construction manager, general contractor and owner representative. He has a keen eye for detail and always seeks to obtain the highest quality for his client’s budgets. James’ passion is creating dynamic spaces that achieve his clients’ goals.

Role: One of my main roles at Klondike is to foster and maintain strong relationships with our clients, sub-trades and consultants. In addition, I place high importance on building a solid team that understands the unique challenges of our industry, communicates effectively and works well in a collaborative environment. I am always looking for ways to improve our operations and ensure consistent delivery of our design, budgeting & project management services. As our business grows, I feel it is important to stay on top of new technologies and current trends which enable us to pursue cost effective and sustainable building solutions.

Role: As Klondike's Controller, Alan oversees the entire accounting process, from project accounting, A/P, A/R, financial reporting to risk management. With over a decade of experience in the construction, engineering, design and hospitality industries, Alan brings a wealth of knowledge to the company. His keen eye to detail and passion for meeting deadlines ensures the financial department of the company runs smoothly.
Personal: Alan started his accounting career in a multi-national engineering / construction firm, developing his skills and passion for accounting. Following a short time in the oil sands in Fort McMurray, Alan came back to Vancouver to lead a construction project as the head project accountant.
Interests: Alan enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife and son. He also enjoys hiking, biking, photography, and investment research.
