We are covering good ground these days with renovation projects taking us across the lower mainland. We are very excited to give our you a sneak peak at some projects that are sure to be some Georgie Awards contenders!

Coquitlam Quintessential: We have collaborated with BYU Design on a custom high-end penthouse in Beedie Living’s 27-storey high-rise Crown Tower project! This project is a combination of a monochromatic colour scheme, installation of mirrored walls and use of very high ceilings – all of which come together to create a space that is bright, airy and spacious. We also installed granite flooring throughout the kitchen and bedrooms, porcelain tile in the bathrooms, an electric fireplace, radiant tile heating, a glazed den and custom-made high-end millwork that boasts a glossy finish. Above is a photo of the incredible view from this gorgeous penthouse; stay tuned in the coming weeks for more photos!

Kitsilano Classic: This Design Build townhouse project is all about returning this 1980s home into a modern, sophisticated & zen-like space. Using a colour palette of ivory, white and cream, we converted a small space into a bright open-plan home with timber flooring throughout, extensive millwork that incorporates storage space, new tiling in the bathrooms and kitchen and a brand-new custom-made kitchen! We are about a third of the way through the construction process and will let you know more soon.

West Van Luxury: KC has recently had opportunity to design & construct a 5,000 SF home in West Vancouver. This project includes a large back patio, a full basement suite and brand new pool house. We worked closely with the clients from beginning to end to create a sophisticated and comfortable home. Their large luxury house possesses many unique touches, courtesy of our creative clients, including a theatrical stage with studio lighting and a new pet room with industrial wash basins! We are just putting the finishing touches before we schedule Ema Peters Photopgrahy to shoot this amazing space.

Coal Harbour Cool: This high-rise condominium remodel in downtown Vancouver was a full-on renovation that involved transforming an old nineties apartment into a modern and elegant home, with an emphasis in black accent hardware and warm wood tones. Designed by Jenna McBride Design, this 1,300 SF project comprised of relocating the kitchen, relocating the water, drainage and gas lines, installing heated flooring, custom-made slated millwork panels and so much more. We have just begun the construction process and we’re excited to let keep you updated!
