We’re delighted to announce that we are currently working on a commercial project for a new client – the longstanding commercial real estate management company, Turner Meakin (www.turnermeakin.com)! This project is located at a prime and well-known location in Vancouver at the 1600 block of West 4th Avenue at Fir Street.
This current project involves two sister buildings with a shared foyer; we are transforming what used to be an aging shell of a building into a seismically upgraded structure that will be used for future neighborhood-friendly retail spaces! Klondike is currently in the hazardous materials abatement and demolition stage, which will soon be followed by Structural Work, HVAC, electrical, flooring, drywall, painting and much more. We’ll also be installing new glazing and storefront throughout for the new retails spaces. As you drive south off the Granville Street bridge, you’ll be sure to see us hard at work.
We’re very pleased to be collaborating with James Wu of CoDesign Architecture (codesignarchitecture.com) on this exciting project. This is our third project for Turner Meakin, who are well-known for providing specialised services in asset and property management for their clients and have been in business for over a century.
